1. เกี่ยวกับบริการ
ProRebateFX เป็นพาร์ทเนอร์ผู้แนะนำลูกค้า (Introducing Broker) ของ IC เราคืนเงินส่วนหนึ่งของค่าตอบแทนที่ได้รับจาก IC ให้กับลูกค้าที่เปิดบัญชีผ่านเรา
- เราไม่ใช่ IC ไม่รับฝากเงิน ไม่ดูแลเงินลงทุน และไม่ให้คำแนะนำการลงทุน
- เราไม่ขอและไม่เข้าถึงรหัสผ่านหรือบัญชีเทรดของคุณ เราเห็นเฉพาะยอด lot ที่ IC รายงานให้เรา
- การเปิดบัญชี การฝาก-ถอน และการเทรด อยู่ภายใต้สัญญาระหว่างคุณกับ IC โดยตรง
2. คุณสมบัติผู้ใช้
- มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
- บัญชีเทรดต้องเปิดผ่านลิงก์ของเรา หรือย้ายมาอยู่ภายใต้ Partner Campaign ID ของเราแล้ว
- รองรับบัญชี Standard และ Raw Spread บน MT4/MT5
- ไม่รับผู้ที่พำนักในสหรัฐอเมริกา แคนาดา อิสราเอล นิวซีแลนด์ อิหร่าน เกาหลีเหนือ หรือประเทศอื่นที่ IC ไม่ให้บริการ
- บัญชีต้องผ่านเงื่อนไขของ IC ที่ทำให้เราได้รับค่าตอบแทน เช่น ยอดฝากขั้นต่ำตามที่ IC กำหนด
- หนึ่งบัญชีเทรดผูกกับสมาชิกได้เพียงคนเดียว และเราจะตรวจสอบบัญชีก่อนเริ่มนับยอด
3. การคำนวณเงินคืน
- เงินคืนคิดต่อ lot ที่ปิดแล้ว (เปิดและปิด 1.00 lot ครบหนึ่งรอบ) ตามรายงานพาร์ทเนอร์ของ IC
- อัตราเงินคืนขึ้นกับสินค้าที่เทรด คู่เงินหลัก เช่น EURUSD ได้สูงสุด $2.00 ต่อ lot บนบัญชี Standard และ $1.00 ต่อ lot บนบัญชี Raw Spread ส่วนสินค้าอื่น เช่น ทอง ดัชนี คริปโต และพลังงาน อาจได้น้อยกว่า ตามค่าตอบแทนที่ IC จ่ายสำหรับสินค้านั้น
- เราจ่ายเงินคืนเฉพาะการเทรดที่ IC จ่ายค่าตอบแทนให้เราจริง
- เงินคืนได้รับทั้งออเดอร์ที่กำไรและขาดทุน
4. การจ่ายเงิน
สรุปเงินคืนเป็นรายเดือน และจ่ายทุกวันที่ 15 สำหรับยอดของเดือนก่อนหน้า
- ยอดคงเหลือตั้งแต่ $10 ขึ้นไป โอนให้อัตโนมัติในวันที่ 15
- ยอดคงเหลือต่ำกว่า $10 ต้องกด "ขอถอนเงิน" ในหน้าสมาชิกก่อนวันที่ 15 จึงจะได้รับในรอบนั้น ถ้าไม่กด ยอดจะสะสมไปรอบถัดไป
- ตอนนี้จ่ายผ่าน PayPal เท่านั้น ช่องทางอื่น (Wise, Skrill, Neteller) จะเปิดในอนาคต
- คุณต้องตั้งอีเมล PayPal ให้ถูกต้อง เราไม่รับผิดชอบเงินที่โอนไปยังอีเมลที่คุณกรอกผิด
- การจ่ายอาจล่าช้า หาก IC ส่งรายงานหรือจ่ายค่าตอบแทนให้เราล่าช้า เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบ
5. กรณีไม่จ่ายหรือปรับยอด
เราจ่ายเงินคืนจากค่าตอบแทนที่ได้รับจริงจาก IC หาก IC ไม่จ่าย ยกเลิก หรือเรียกคืนค่าตอบแทนของบัญชีใด เราจะไม่จ่ายเงินคืนส่วนนั้น และอาจหักจากยอดคงเหลือหากจ่ายไปแล้ว ตัวอย่างเช่น
- การเทรดที่ IC ถือว่าเป็นการปั่นค่าคอมมิชชัน เช่น เปิดออเดอร์ล็อกหรือหักล้างกัน (ในบัญชีเดียวหรือหลายบัญชี) เทรดโดยไม่มีความเสี่ยงจริงเพื่อสร้างวอลุ่ม หรือใช้ช่องโหว่ของราคาและความล่าช้าของระบบ (latency/arbitrage)
- การใช้ข้อมูลปลอม เปิดหลายบัญชีซ้ำ หรือฝาก-ถอนผิดปกติเพื่อให้ได้เงินคืน
- บัญชีที่ไม่ผ่านเงื่อนไขของ IC หรือพำนักในประเทศที่ IC ไม่ให้บริการ
6. การโต้แย้งยอด
หากยอดเงินคืนไม่ถูกต้อง โปรดแจ้งผ่านหน้าติดต่อเราภายใน 30 วันหลังวันจ่ายของรอบนั้น พร้อมแนบ statement ของบัญชี เราจะตรวจสอบกับรายงานของ IC
7. การยกเลิกบริการ
- คุณขอปิดบัญชีสมาชิกและลบข้อมูลได้ผ่านหน้าติดต่อเรา ยอดคงเหลือที่ยังไม่จ่ายจะจ่ายตามรอบปกติ
- เราอาจระงับหรือยุติบริการ หากพบการละเมิดเงื่อนไข หรือหากความเป็นพาร์ทเนอร์กับ IC สิ้นสุดลง โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าเท่าที่ทำได้
8. คำเตือนความเสี่ยง
การเทรด Forex และ CFD มีความเสี่ยงสูงจากการใช้เลเวอเรจ และอาจทำให้สูญเสียเงินลงทุนทั้งหมด เงินคืนไม่ได้ลดความเสี่ยงของการเทรด โปรดเทรดด้วยเงินที่คุณยอมรับการสูญเสียได้เท่านั้น

1. About the service
ProRebateFX is an Introducing Broker (IB) partner of IC. We pass part of the commission IC pays us back to clients who open accounts through us.
- We are not IC. We do not accept deposits, hold client funds or give investment advice.
- We never ask for or access your password or trading account. We only see the volume IC reports to us.
- Account opening, deposits, withdrawals and trading are governed by your agreement with IC.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your trading account must be opened through our link, or transferred under our Partner Campaign ID.
- Standard and Raw Spread accounts on MT4/MT5 are supported.
- Residents of the United States, Canada, Israel, New Zealand, Iran, North Korea, or any other country IC does not serve, are not eligible.
- Accounts must meet IC' conditions for us to be paid, such as its minimum deposit.
- Each trading account can be linked to one member only, and we verify accounts before counting volume.
3. How cashback is calculated
- Cashback is calculated per closed lot (one full open-and-close of 1.00 lot) from the IC partner report.
- The rate depends on the instrument: up to $2.00 per lot on Standard accounts and $1.00 per lot on Raw Spread accounts for major pairs such as EURUSD, and less on others such as gold, indices, crypto and energies, according to what IC pays for that instrument.
- Cashback is only paid on trading for which IC actually pays us.
- Cashback applies to winning and losing trades alike.
4. Payouts
Cashback is settled monthly and paid on the 15th for the previous month's volume.
- Balances of $10 or more are paid automatically on the 15th.
- Balances under $10 require a "Request withdrawal" in the member area before the 15th to be paid in that cycle. Otherwise the balance carries over.
- Payouts are currently made via PayPal only. Wise, Skrill and Neteller are coming soon.
- You are responsible for entering the correct PayPal email. We are not liable for payments sent to an email you entered incorrectly.
- Payouts may be delayed if IC reports or pays us late. We will let you know if this happens.
5. Non-payment and adjustments
Cashback is paid from commission we actually receive from IC. If IC does not pay, cancels or claws back commission for an account, we will not pay cashback on it and may deduct amounts already paid from your balance. Examples include:
- Trading that IC treats as rebate abuse, such as offsetting or hedged positions (in one or several accounts), trades without genuine market exposure made to generate volume, or exploiting latency, stale prices or arbitrage.
- False identities, duplicate accounts, or unusual deposits and withdrawals made to earn cashback.
- Accounts that do not meet IC' conditions, or residents of countries IC does not serve.
6. Disputes
If your cashback looks wrong, tell us through our contact page within 30 days of that cycle's payout date, with your account statement. We will check it against the IC report.
7. Closing your account
- You can ask us to close your membership and delete your data via the contact page. Any unpaid balance will be paid in the normal cycle.
- We may suspend or end the service if these terms are breached or if our partnership with IC ends, with as much notice as we can give.
8. Risk warning
Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk due to leverage and may result in the loss of all your capital. Cashback does not reduce trading risk. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
9. Privacy policy
What we collect
- Name, email and password (stored as a one-way hash; we cannot read your password)
- Trading account numbers and lot volume from IC reports
- Your PayPal email and payout history
- Messages you send through the contact page
Why we use it
Only to verify accounts, calculate and pay cashback, answer your questions and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
- PayPal: your email and amount, to send payouts
- IC: your trading account number, to confirm it is under our partnership
- Cloudflare: our hosting and database provider
- Authorities, where required by law
Cookies
We use a single cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while you are a member and keep payout records as required for accounting and tax. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data through our contact page.
10. Changes
We may change the cashback rate or these terms, for example when IC changes its commission. We will post changes on the website at least 14 days in advance, unless IC makes a change without prior notice.
